Are you taking new patients? and do you take walk-ins?

Yes! We are accepting new patients, click on Request an Appointment to schedule your first appointment. You can also check out our Your First Visit page to be more informed on what you need. As for walk-ins, we will do our best to try to fit you in, but please make an appointment ahead if possible.

Do you accept my insurance? and how much is my insurance going to cover?

We accept most PPO insurances and some HMO, see list below. But if you would like to make sure that we accept your insurance feel free to call us to confirm your specific insurance.

As for how much your insurance will cover, it depends on your insurance and the type of coverage that you have, please call the office to receive more specifics.

Do you have Financing Options? Do you accept outside help such as CareCredit or Medicaid?

Yes! We have in-house financing for all of our services and accept Care Credit to ensure you get the dental care you need. Unfortunately at the moment, we do not accept state insurance.

Do you have a billing or payment portal?

Yes we do. Visit our payments page to take a look at your bill online and also pay your bill online.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Check out our First Visit page. You can download the New Patient forms and fill them out ahead of time. Aside from that see the short list below

  • Your medical and dental history info, including any medications you’re taking.
  • Your dental insurance card (if you have insurance).
  • Your parent if you’re under 18 (or if you’re over 18, but just want the company).
Are my files transferable to your office?

Yes. Please have your current dentist forward to our office or you may receive a copy from your dentist and bring them with you at your next visit.

How many times a year should I have my teeth cleaned?

Every six months, twice a year is the recommended number of times you should visit your dentist or hygienist. Regular dental checkups will help keep small problems (like tartar) from becoming bigger problems – like gum inflammation that can lead to tooth loss.

When to see an emergency dentist? and do you take dental emergency?

Any time you are in excruciating pain that over the counter medicine cannot treat or a tooth has been knocked out. Fortunately, we take dental emergencies. Give us a call as soon as possible so that we can try and fit you in on the same day. We understand that dental emergencies are not planned so we will do the most we can to relieve your pain. Don’t wait for the pain to get worse, call our office as soon as you can.

I’m interested in changing the shape of my teeth. What options are available?

Every case would be different so it’s best to get the professional opinion of a Cosmetic Dentist. Some options include a small procedure if it’s just one tooth or dental veneers and dental crowns if you’d like a full smile makeover.

Can I get pricing on a particular treatment?

Each case is different, unfortunately we cannot provide a specific price but you can call the office and we will do our best to answer your question.

What are my options for replacing a missing tooth?

The standard of care for missing teeth now are dental implants – as they are the most similar to your natural tooth structure and eliminate the need to change the structure of adjacent teeth. If you have a missing tooth you have several options. Each case would be different so it’s best to go into a dental office and get a professional opinion, but some options include dental implants, fixed bridges, and partial dentures.
